What this screen is for
A summary card names your current plan, the amount, and when the next billing date falls; where the amount is shown in a currency other than the base one, the base figure and the exchange rate used are printed alongside. Below it, each invoice is listed with its number, date, description, period, amount and status, and can be downloaded.
When to use it
Come here when you need a copy of an invoice for your own accounts or for your accountant, and to confirm what a particular billing period covered. These are invoices for your subscription to this service, and are separate from the invoices you raise to your own customers.
What you see on this screen
Current Plan heads the page with the plan name, the amount and the next billing date. Where you are billed in a currency other than the base one, the base figure is printed underneath so the two can be reconciled.
Invoice History is the table below, described as somewhere to download and view all your past invoices. It has seven columns: Invoice (the number), Date, Description, Period (what the charge covered), Amount, Status and Actions. An invoice raised as an export carries a marker saying so, since no tax was charged on it, and where it was billed in another currency the base amount is shown underneath.
With nothing issued yet, the page says invoices will appear here after your first payment.
Filters and actions
There are no filters or search - the list is short and complete. Each row offers View to read the invoice and Download to save a copy.
Status values
Paid - settled. Pending - issued and awaiting payment. Failed - the payment against it did not go through; the reason is in Transaction History rather than here. Refunded - the charge was returned.
