What this screen is for
This covers your personal account rather than the company. The panel at the top reports whether your email address and phone number have been verified and what state the account is in, and below it are the dates that matter - when you became a member, when you last signed in and from which address.
When to use it
Come here to keep your own contact details current, and to complete verification if either shows as unverified. Because these are personal settings, changes affect only your own login; they do not alter anything for colleagues in the same company.
What you see on this screen
Account Status sits at the top, reading Email and Phone as either Verified or Not Verified, and Status for the account overall. Beneath it are Member Since, Last Login and Last IP, plus Trial Ends on a trial account or Subscription Ends on an active one. These are read-only.
Personal Information is the editable part. Profile Photo accepts an image. Full Name is yours to change. Display Language sets the language menus and buttons appear in, with the note that amounts and dates keep your company format and that translation is still in progress, so some screens remain in English; languages not yet available are marked coming soon. Email Address is shown with a Verified marker where it has been confirmed, and the page states that it cannot be changed once verified. Phone Number has a country picker with its own search box, and also carries a Verified marker.
Filters and actions
There are no filters. The language setting saves on its own the moment you change it. Save Changes commits the photo, name, email and phone together.
Status values
The account reads active where a subscription is running, trial during the free trial, or another state where the account has lapsed. Email and phone each read Verified or Not Verified - an unverified email is worth completing, since it is where account recovery and notifications are sent.
