Meetings

The CRM meeting schedule, with counts for today and this week, and a table of each meeting, its organiser, type, location and status.

What this screen is for

This is where customer meetings are scheduled and recorded. Four tiles count the total meetings, those today, those this week, and how many are video calls. The table lists each meeting with the record it relates to, the date and time, the organiser, the type, the location and the status. A filter narrows the list to in-person, video or phone meetings.

When to use it

Use it to book a meeting against a lead, contact or deal, to see what the team has on this week, and afterwards to mark meetings as completed so the record is accurate.

What you see on this screen

Four tiles head the page: Total Meetings, Today, This Week and Video Calls.

  • Meeting — the title, with the kind of record it was booked against.
  • Date & Time — when it starts.
  • Assigned Employee — who is down to attend.
  • Type — In Person, Video Call or Phone Call.
  • Location — where it is, or a dash.
  • Status — scheduled, completed or cancelled.
  • Actions — view, edit and delete.

Filters and actions

One filter, Meeting Type, offering All Types, In Person, Video Call and Phone Call, with Reset beside it. It works over the meetings already loaded, so it narrows the page in front of you rather than fetching afresh. Schedule Meeting books a new one against a lead, contact or deal.

Status values

  • scheduled — booked and not yet held; a new meeting starts here.
  • completed — it took place.
  • cancelled — called off.

Related

  • My Meetings — the ones you are personally part of
  • Calls — shorter contacts, logged separately
  • Tasks — the follow-up actions a meeting produces
