What this screen is for
Short answers to the questions that come up most often, searchable so you can go straight to the one you need rather than reading through a guide to find a single fact.
When to use it
Try it before raising a ticket. Most of what reaches the support team has been asked before, and an answer here is available immediately rather than after a wait. If the question turns out to be particular to your company's setup, the ticket you then raise will be a better one for having ruled the common answers out.
What you see on this screen
A banner, a search box, and then the questions grouped into six sections:
- Getting Started — setting up your company, importing from previous software, how many users you can have, and whether there is a mobile app.
- Invoicing — recurring invoices, customising invoice templates, and the rest of the day-to-day billing questions.
- Accounting — the ledger, reports and period-end questions.
- Security and Access — permissions, roles and who can see what.
- Billing and Subscription — plans, renewals and charges.
- Technical Support — the practical problems that are neither accounting nor billing.
Each question expands in place to show its answer, so you can scan the list without losing your position.
At the foot of the page, Still have questions? offers a way through to the support team, including live chat.
Filters and actions
The single control is the search box, which matches across every section at once — so you do not have to guess which of the six a question belongs to before you can find it.
There is nothing to save. If a question is not here, the links at the bottom of the page lead to Contact Support and Submit Ticket, and a ticket raised after checking this page is usually answered faster because the obvious ground has been covered.
