My Attendance

Your own attendance month by month: in and out times, gross, net and overtime hours, breaks and the raw scans behind each day, with a way to report a day that looks wrong to HR.

What this screen is for

This shows the attendance the system recorded for you. Pick a month and each day is listed as present, absent, on leave or late, with in time, out time, break, gross hours, net hours and overtime, plus the scans that produced those figures. Where the scans are odd, an odd number or an overrunning break, the day is flagged, and a day signed out after midnight is marked as such. A month total sits alongside.

When to use it

Check it before payroll closes. The figures shown are exactly what the scans produced, so if a day is wrong, use Report a Problem on that day to describe what happened and send a correction request to HR. The request's status, approved, declined or withdrawn, is shown against the day.

What you see on this screen

A line under the heading names the shift you are measured against, with its start and end, the length of the working day and the grace period. Where no shift is assigned, it says so, and explains that lateness and overtime cannot be measured without one.

Tiles across the top: Present, Absent, Half Day, On Leave, Net Hrs (with the gross less break shown beneath), Break Overruns, OT Hrs and Late Entries.

The table has these columns: Date, Status, In Time, Out Time, Gross Hrs, Break, Net Hrs, OT Hrs, Late and Remarks.

Under each date is a scan count you can open to see the scans recorded, with a warning where there is an odd number and one is probably missing. An out time that crossed midnight carries a +1 day marker. The break cell reads none, the amount it ran over, or the number of breaks, and is flagged for checking where it looks wrong. A Month total row closes the table, with present days out of days recorded.

Filters and actions

A month picker in the header chooses the month. Each real row has a Report a problem link, which opens a form showing what was recorded and asking what is wrong, with optional corrected in and out times. A note states that this sends your note to HR and that nothing changes on your record until they approve it. Once raised, the row carries a badge and a link to withdraw the request.

Status values

A day is recorded as Present, Absent, Half Day, On Leave, Holiday or Weekly Off. Today shows as Not Marked until something is recorded.

A correction request shows as Correction requested while pending, then Correction approved, Correction declined, or Request withdrawn where you took it back.
