What this screen is for
This is the sales register for property projects. Summary tiles across the top count the units, how many are available and how many are sold or booked, the total area, and the amounts invoiced and outstanding; they follow whatever filter is applied, so they always describe the rows on screen. The table lists each unit with its type, block and floor, the project and brand it belongs to, the area, the price, the buyer, and the invoiced and outstanding amounts. Status runs from available and blocked through booked, agreement and registered to sold or cancelled.
A unit belongs to a project, so at least one project must exist before you can add one. Booking, agreement and registration dates, the survey number and the plot address are all held on the unit record.
What you see on this screen
- Unit — the unit number, which opens the unit, with its type, block and floor beneath.
- Project / Site — the project it belongs to, with the brand and location beneath.
- Area — the plot or floor area, in square feet.
- Price — the agreed price, or a dash where none is set.
- Buyer — the customer's name and phone number, or the word Unsold.
- Invoiced — how much has been invoiced against this unit.
- Outstanding — how much of that is still unpaid, shown in amber while above zero.
- Status — how far the unit has got, from available through to sold.
Filters and actions
Four controls narrow the register: Brand, Project / Site (which lists only the projects under the chosen brand), Status, and a search across unit number, block, survey number or buyer. A Clear filters link appears once any of them is set. Add Unit opens the form; where no project exists yet the button instead offers to create one, because a unit has to live inside a project. A unit with invoices raised against it cannot be deleted — mark it Cancelled instead.
Status values
- Available — on offer, nothing committed.
- Blocked — held back and not being offered.
- Booked — reserved by a buyer.
- Agreement — the sale agreement is signed.
- Registered — registration is complete.
- Sold — the sale is closed.
- Cancelled — the booking or sale fell through.
Booked, Agreement, Registered and Sold together are what the Sold / Booked card counts.
