What this screen is for
The rep's own mobile screen, not a management report. It opens on today's beat and the rep's progress against their daily and monthly target, and gives them the few things they need on the road: their customers, the orders they have taken, the stock on their van, and a way to record money collected.
When to use it
Reps use it in the field, on a phone. Everything it shows is scoped to whoever is logged in, so a rep sees their own round and their own numbers and nobody else's. If you are managing rather than selling, the Field Sales reports are the screens built for that.
What you see on this screen
It greets the rep by first name and names today's beat day.
My target sits at the top, with a Today and Month switch. It shows what the rep has booked, what they were asked to book, a progress bar, and beneath that the counts for orders, visits and new shops as achieved against target. Where no target was set for the period it says so rather than showing a bare zero.
Two tiles then give Visits today and Orders today.
Two shortcuts follow — Add a shop, for an outlet opened on the round, and My orders, with a count of any still pending. A rep with no van assigned sees an amber note saying so, and that pre-sale orders can still be taken.
Below that comes the beat itself: each route the rep is working, with its day, and under it every customer as a card showing the shop's name, its area and town, anything they owe in red, and a badge for the state of today's call. Tapping a card opens that shop.
Where no route is assigned for the day, the screen says so and offers a link to browse all the rep's customers instead.
Filters and actions
There are no filters; the screen is already scoped to one rep and one day. The Today and Month switch changes the target period, and the bottom navigation reaches customers, orders, van stock and the collection screen.
