What this screen is for
Modules are listed in three groups. Core modules are always included in your plan and their toggle is fixed on. Additional modules can be switched on or off, each showing either a monthly price or a free badge. A third group covers staff and support menus that are always available but still configurable. Where a module has menus, a Configure button lets you choose which of them everyone in the company sees.
Why it matters
Switching a module off removes its menus for the whole company, not just for you, and priced modules affect what you are billed. Configuring menus is the gentler option when you only want to reduce clutter rather than remove a capability.
What you see on this screen
A line beside the page title counts how many modules are enabled out of the total.
Core Modules are described as always included in your plan and cannot be disabled: Invoicing, Accounting, Payroll and Inventory. Each carries a Core badge and a toggle that is fixed on.
Additional Modules are the ones you choose: CRM, GST Filing, Assets, Projects, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing, Website and SignFlow. Each shows its description and either a monthly price or a Free badge, with a toggle you control.
Staff and Support Menus covers My Workspace (each employee own pages - schedule, earnings, training, leave) and Help and Support (documentation, tickets and training centre). These have no on or off switch, only menu configuration, and show a count of how many of their menus are currently hidden.
An About Module Management panel states the rules: disabling a module hides it from the sidebar and module selector, your data is preserved and returns when you re-enable it, core modules cannot be disabled, and Configure changes the menus for everyone in your company rather than just for you.
Filters and actions
There is no search or filter. The toggle on an additional module enables or disables it immediately. Configure opens a panel listing that module menus grouped as they appear in the sidebar, each with its own switch; hidden menus are struck through. Show all turns everything back on, and Save applies the change - which also removes those permissions from Roles.
