What this screen is for
This is your personal follow-up list. Four cards at the top bucket your open tasks by how overdue they are, and clicking one filters the table beneath; overdue leads because a follow-up that slips past its due date stops producing reminders. The table lists each follow-up with what it relates to, its due date and its priority, and the related record links straight through.
Alongside the buckets, counts of the leads and deals assigned to you link to their own pages rather than repeating those lists here. If your login is not linked to an employee record, the page shows only follow-ups you created and says so.
When to use it
Open it first thing to clear what is late, rather than hunting through the company-wide task list for your own rows.
What you see on this screen
Four cards sit at the top and double as the filter — clicking one loads it:
- Overdue — past its due date, and where the page opens.
- Due today — dated today.
- Upcoming — dated tomorrow or later.
- No date — open follow-ups with no due date at all, which is where work quietly disappears.
The table has four columns:
- Follow-up — what needs doing.
- Related to — the lead, contact or deal it hangs off, named and linked.
- Due — the date, with a red pill saying how late it is, or No date.
- Priority — low, medium or high; a follow-up saved without one reads normal.
Filters and actions
The four cards are the only filter; there is no search or sort. Within a bucket the oldest due date comes first, except No date, which is newest first.
A follow-up counts as open until it is completed or cancelled, and anything sitting on a lead already marked Lost drops off the list on its own. The counts beside leads and deals link to your own lists rather than repeating them here.
