What this screen is for
Training material gathered in one place: videos and written guides side by side, searchable by topic, with an estimated reading time on each guide and a quick tour for anyone entirely new to the system.
When to use it
Use it when bringing a colleague up to speed, or when you want to learn a part of the system properly rather than look up a single answer. It is the broad view of what is available to learn from; Documentation is the narrow one you go to already knowing what you need.
What you see on this screen
A banner opens the page, followed by a search box and three tabs that decide what is listed: Video Tutorials, Documentation and FAQs.
A highlighted panel, New to Laabam.One?, offers the quick tour — the right starting point for somebody on their first day rather than their first question.
Under the videos tab, each tutorial is a card with its title, a short description, how many times it has been viewed and when it was published. The view count is a reasonable proxy for which ones other people have found worth watching.
Under the documentation tab, each guide shows its title, the category it belongs to as a small badge, and a description. An estimated reading time is given, which is what makes the list plannable — you can tell a five-minute read from a half-hour one before committing to it.
Filters and actions
The search box narrows everything by topic, matching titles, descriptions and categories, so a search finds material whichever tab it sits under. The three tabs then switch between kinds of material.
At the foot of the page, Can't find what you're looking for? points through to the support team.
Nothing here is saved or tracked against you; the screen exists to be read and watched.
