My Projects

The projects you are a member of, each with its progress. Deliberately filtered to you, with a Show All option when you need to look beyond your own memberships.

What this screen is for

A short list of the projects you belong to, showing how far each has progressed. It is filtered to your own memberships on purpose, and says so, with a Show All link when you need the wider view. The sidebar's assigned-projects entries link here with a particular project already selected.

When to use it

Use it to get to the project you need without going through the full project list, or to check at a glance where the work you are part of stands. If it is empty, you are not yet a member of any project.

What you see on this screen

A grid of cards rather than a table. Each card carries:

  • the project name
  • a status pill
  • a Progress bar, labelled with completed tasks out of the total
  • a footer line giving how many of those tasks are assigned to you, how many are in progress, and the project's start date

Where the sidebar has sent you here with one project selected, a banner above the grid says so, giving the count it has narrowed from, with a Show all link beside it.

Where you belong to nothing yet, the page reads "You are not a member of any projects yet."

Filters and actions

There are no filter controls. The only control is the Show all link in the banner, which lifts the single-project narrowing. Each card opens its project.

Status values

The pill shows the project's stored status, tidied for display. The standard set is active, completed, on_hold and cancelled, shown as Active, Completed, On Hold and Cancelled. Companies can add their own statuses, so a value outside that set is shown as it stands, or as Unknown where it cannot be read.
