Progress Invoicing

Invoice a long job in stages against its estimate, billing each milestone as it completes instead of waiting for the whole job.

What this screen is for

On work that runs for weeks or months, billing only at the end starves cash flow. Progress invoicing bills against an existing estimate in instalments, each one tied to a milestone that has been completed.

Why it works from the estimate

Because every instalment refers back to the same estimate, the total billed can be checked against the total agreed. That is what stops a long job from being over- or under-billed across many separate invoices.
