What this screen is for
Three tabs. The first sets a password, or changes it if you already have one, and lists how this account currently signs in - by password, or through a sign-in provider. The second covers two-factor authentication. The third lists the AI connections attached to your account, with a count on the tab.
Why it matters
These protect your own access, and because a single login can reach every company you belong to, weakening them exposes more than one set of books. If you only sign in through an external provider, adding a password gives you a second way in should that provider become unavailable. AI connections can propose changes on your behalf, so review them and remove any you no longer use.
What you see on this screen
Change Password (or Set Password where you have none) opens with How you sign in, listing each method your account currently uses - email and password, or a named sign-in provider. To prove it is you, you can either enter your Current Password or ask for a Verification Code by email, and the page offers whichever you did not choose. New Password and Confirm New Password follow, with a live checklist: eight or more characters, one uppercase, one lowercase, one number and one symbol, plus a strength indicator.
Two-Factor Authentication shows whether it is Enabled or Disabled. Enabling it produces a QR code to scan with an authenticator app, or a code you can type in by hand, then asks for a six-digit code to confirm. Recovery codes are shown once afterwards, with the warning to store them somewhere safe because they are what gets you in if you lose your phone.
AI Connections lists the assistants you have authorised, in a table of Client, Companies, Connected, Last Used, Expires and Actions. The panel states the limits: each connection is read-only and reaches only the companies listed against it, and anything an assistant asks to add is held as a draft until you approve it.
Filters and actions
There are no filters. Each tab saves on its own. A connection can be revoked from its row, and the companies it may read can be changed.
Status values
Two-factor authentication is Enabled or Disabled. An AI connection shows when it was last used and when it expires, so one that has gone quiet is easy to spot and remove.
