CRM Dashboard

An overview of your customer relationships and sales pipeline: lead and contact counts, pipeline value, conversion, email engagement and goal attainment.

What this screen is for

The dashboard pulls the CRM's headline numbers together. The first row counts leads with their growth on last month, contacts, the pipeline value with the number of open deals, and a lead conversion rate stated with the won and lost figures it is calculated from. A second row links to accounts, to email engagement with an open rate, and to your goals.

Where goals are active, an attainment panel shows each one as a progress bar with the period it covers, so a zero reads as "none yet this quarter" rather than as a broken figure. Shortcuts at the top add a lead or a deal without leaving the page.

When to use it

Open it for a weekly read on whether the pipeline is filling and converting, then follow a tile into the list behind it.

What you see on this screen

  • Leads, Contacts, Pipeline Value (open deals only) and Lead Conversion, which states the won and lost counts it is worked out from.
  • Accounts, Email Engagement with its open rate, and Goals.
  • Goal Attainment — a bar per goal with its period.
  • Leads by Status — a tile per status with its count, each opening the lead list already filtered.
  • Lead & Deal Trend (6 Months) — six months across the bottom with Leads, Contacts and Deals plotted together.
  • Leads by Source — a ring splitting leads by where they came from.
  • Sales Funnel — how many deals reach each stage, with the stage-to-stage conversion and a win rate.
  • Forecast — Open Pipeline, Weighted, Won This Month, Open Deals and Avg Won Deal.
  • Activity Summary — Calls, Meetings, Tasks and Tasks Done, with a warning for overdue ones, and recent calls beneath.
  • Upcoming Tasks — what is due next, with overdue flagged.
  • Source ROI — Source, Deals, Won, Win % and Won Value.
  • Recent Leads — Lead, Company, Status, Source, Value, Assigned and Created. Recent Deals follows.

Filters and actions

Nothing here is filtered; the page always describes the whole CRM. Add Lead and New Deal sit at the top, every panel has a link into the list behind it, and Quick Links close the page with All Leads, All Contacts, Deals, Tasks and Sources.

Weighted forecast is the open pipeline with each deal reduced by its stage's probability, which is why it reads lower than the pipeline figure and is the more honest number to quote.
