What this screen is for
What has changed in the system: new features, improvements and fixes, listed by release so you can see when each arrived.
When to use it
Look at it when something behaves differently from how you remember it, which is usually faster than assuming a fault. It is also worth reading periodically to find out what has been added since you last checked — capability that is released but never read about tends to go unused, which helps nobody.
What you see on this screen
Four tabs run across the top, each with a count: All Updates, Features, Improvements and Bug Fixes. The counts tell you at a glance how much of each kind there has been.
Below them the changes are grouped by date, newest first. Each group carries its date as a heading and says how many updates it contains, then lists them — one line per change, with an icon marking which of the three kinds it is and the change itself described in a sentence.
The page is explicit about the difference between having nothing to show and failing to fetch it, which saves a wasted question:
- Loading release history — the list is still being fetched.
- Couldn't load the release history right now — something went wrong retrieving it; try again.
- No updates in this category yet — the fetch worked and this category genuinely has nothing in it. Switch tabs to see the others.
Filters and actions
The tabs are the only control, and they filter by kind rather than by date. There is nothing to save and nothing to configure.
When something on a screen has moved or changed shape, filtering to Features and Improvements and reading the last few dates is usually quicker than working out what happened from the screen itself.
