What this screen is for
A bill is a vendor's invoice to you: the record that you owe them. This screen holds all of them, from arrival through to payment.
Why it matters
Bills are one half of your payables. Until a vendor's invoice is recorded here, the money you owe is invisible to your reports — the cash position looks better than it is, and the expense is missing from your profit.
