What this screen is for
This is where sales enquiries live. Three views share the same data: an overview with analytics for a chosen period, a board where leads sit in columns by status, and a plain list. A "top scored" control re-orders by lead score, so the leads most worth calling come first.
Filters cover a keyword search, the status, the source, the lead group (each option showing its own count, plus a choice for leads with no group), the product or service enquired about, and the person it is assigned to. Leads can be imported from a spreadsheet, and the export downloads exactly the rows the current filters produce. A link into status management lets you change the pipeline stages themselves.
When to use it
Use it as the daily working list for sales, and as the place to bulk-load enquiries that arrived outside the system.
What you see on this screen
Three tabs share the same leads: Overview, Board and List.
Overview reports on a period you choose, counted either by when leads arrived or by when they were last worked. It gives Total Leads, Lead to Won and Win Rate, then a pipeline broken down by stage, the results, an Attention Needed panel naming leads with no owner and leads untouched for too long, outcomes and value including won value and average days to close, engagement in calls, meetings and overdue follow-ups, and leaderboards for closers, losses, lead load and activity.
Board puts one column per lead status with its count, and dragging a card moves the lead. Four tiles above it read Total Leads, In Progress, Won and Lost. A card shows the title, the contact, the lead score, the phone with a WhatsApp button, the company, the expected value, the source, the assignee and how long ago it arrived.
List has the columns: Lead, Source / Status, Product / Service, Assigned To, Value, Score, Created, Last Activity and the row actions. Last Activity reads Never where nobody has worked the lead since it arrived.
Filters and actions
The filter panel holds Search, Status, Source, Group (each option with its count, plus a choice for leads with no group), Product / Service, and Assigned To. Top Scored re-orders by lead score, which is worked out from what is on file against the lead.
Selecting rows in the list opens bulk Assign, Group and Mark Lost. Import loads leads from a spreadsheet, Export downloads exactly the rows the filters produce, and Manage Statuses is where the stages themselves are changed.
