What this screen is for
The cards summarise your campaigns by state - total, draft, scheduled, sent - and the volume behind them: emails sent, opened and clicked. The list below can be filtered by search over name or subject, and by status including sending, paused and cancelled. From the header you create a new campaign.
When to use it
Come here to build a campaign, to schedule one, or to check how a campaign that has already gone out performed. A campaign left in draft sends nothing, and a scheduled one goes at its appointed time without further confirmation, so the status column is the thing to read before leaving the page.
What you see on this screen
Seven counters: Total, Draft, Scheduled, Sent, Emails Sent, Opened and Clicked. The first four count campaigns; the last three count individual messages.
The table has seven columns: Campaign (name with the subject line underneath), Status, Recipients, Open Rate, Click Rate, Created and Actions.
Row actions are View, Edit (drafts only), Duplicate, Retry and Delete, and a campaign that has already sent cannot be deleted. Retry is deliberately narrow: it mails only the recipients who never received it, and the confirmation states that nobody who already received it, unsubscribed, complained or bounced is mailed again, showing how many that leaves.
Filters and actions
Show Filters reveals four controls and a Reset. Search matches name or subject. Status offers All Status, Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Sent, Paused and Cancelled. Type offers All Types, Regular, Automated, A/B Test and Transactional. From Date bounds the list. New Campaign starts a new one.
Status values
Draft - being written, nothing sent. Scheduled - queued to go at its appointed time without further confirmation. Sending - in progress. Sent - finished. Paused - stopped part way and resumable. Cancelled - stopped and not resuming.
