What this screen is for
A register is a form your team fills in repeatedly - a daily log, a checklist, a sheet you would otherwise keep on paper. This page lists all of them as cards, grouped exactly the way the sidebar groups them so the two never disagree, each showing a description, the number of entries and the date of the most recent one. Selecting a card opens that register to view and add entries.
When to use it
Come here to find and open a register, or to see at a glance which ones are actually being filled in - a register with no recent entry is usually one that has quietly fallen out of use. Designing a new register needs the appropriate permission; without it, the page tells you to ask an administrator.
What you see on this screen
The page describes registers as your own daily logs, checklists and sheets, with their own entries and reports.
Registers appear as cards under a heading for each menu group, matching the way they are grouped in the sidebar; anything without a group falls under Registers. Each card carries the register name, its description, how many entries it holds, and the date of the last entry. A card with no entries simply shows none, which is the quickest way to spot a register nobody is using.
A register still being designed carries a Draft marker on its card, so you can tell the difference between one that is unused and one that was never finished.
With nothing built yet, the page explains what a register is - a daily feed log, a machine check sheet, a visitor book - and that you build it once, then add entries, filter them and export them.
Filters and actions
There is no search or filter here; the grouping is the navigation. Selecting a card opens that register. New Register opens the designer, and appears only where your role allows it - without that permission the page tells you to ask an administrator to set one up.
Status values
A card marked Draft is not yet published, so your team cannot add entries to it. Everything else on this page is live and ready to use.
