What this screen is for
This is where quizzes are built. A quiz can be generated with AI, which reads a chosen material and drafts questions for you to review, or written manually. You set the title, the material it links to, the number of questions, the difficulty (easy, mixed or hard), the pass mark and the audience: everyone, staff, or customers and students. Nothing goes live until you review and edit the draft and publish it. The list shows each quiz with its question count, audience, status and number of attempts, and quizzes can be unpublished or deleted.
When to use it
Use it after adding training material that people should be tested on. AI generation draws on your company's AI allowance, which is why it is limited to users who can manage assessment templates.
What you see on this screen
The screen is headed AI Quizzes. The table has these columns:
- Quiz — the title, an AI chip where it was generated rather than written, and beneath it the pass mark and the audience
- Source — the material it was built from
- Questions — how many it holds
- Attempts — how many learners have taken it
- Status
- Actions
Where none exist, the page explains that you can generate one from a material with AI or create one manually, and offers both.
Filters and actions
A search box matches on the title, and a status select offers All statuses, Published and Draft, applied with Apply.
Generate Quiz opens the AI form, which reads a material and drafts questions for your review. It takes the Learning material, the number of questions (between three and twenty), the Difficulty (Easy, Mixed or Hard), the Audience (Everyone, Staff only, or Customers / students) and a Pass mark percentage. It is disabled when no materials have been uploaded yet.
Create Manually opens a shorter form for a blank quiz: a Quiz title, an optional material to link to, the audience and the pass mark, then you type the questions yourself.
Row actions are Review & edit, a publish or unpublish toggle, and delete. Deleting removes the question bank; attempts learners have already made are kept.
Status values
A quiz is either Published, meaning learners can take it, or a Draft, meaning it is not offered to anyone. Audience is stored as all, staff or customers.
