What this screen is for
The plan card names your plan and shows whether the account is on trial or active. For an active subscription it states the amount last charged, the renewal date and, only where it differs, the price the next invoice will be - so an account that has changed plan or bought extra seats sees exactly what it will pay. On a trial it shows the days remaining and the end date. A button renews the current plan.
Why it matters
This governs billing for the whole company, not just your own login, and the plan also sets limits that other screens enforce, such as how many user seats you may invite.
What you see on this screen
Current Plan heads the page. On an active subscription it reads the amount last charged, the date it renews and, where the figure differs, the price the next invoice will be. On a trial it reads that you are on the free trial with the end date, plus Days Remaining and a progress bar. An active subscription instead shows Days Until Renewal, Subscription Renews and Active Since.
A usage block follows, each line showing what you have used against what the plan allows. Companies Used warns when you have reached the limit. Total Users is counted across all companies and is broken down into Owners, Other users and Auditors, with auditors counted inside the total rather than beside it. Cloud Storage shows the space used against the quota.
Below that the plans are laid out side by side, with Your Current Plan marked on the one you hold. Each shows its price, what it includes - how many companies, users, auditors and gigabytes of storage - and the features, grouped as Core Features (all modules, mobile and desktop apps, email support) and Business Tools (GST-compliant invoicing, inventory management, reports and analytics). Where your own plan carries extra seats, the price line shows the base included and the extras separately.
Filters and actions
There are no filters. Renew starts a renewal of your current plan; choosing a different plan card upgrades or downgrades. Add seats buys extra users. Payment History opens the record of payment attempts.
Status values
trial - the free trial is running, with the days remaining shown. active - a paid subscription is in force. Limits shown as Unlimited mean the plan sets no cap on that item.
