What this screen is for
The cards show the current balance, what has been spent and recharged this month, and total credits used; where the balance is displayed in a converted currency, the figure actually held is shown underneath so the number is never ambiguous. Auto-recharge can be switched on with a chosen top-up amount, and a banner appears when an auto-recharge is pending and needs paying.
Why it matters
This balance is what usage-based features draw on, messaging in particular. An empty wallet means campaigns are rejected at send time rather than queued, so a low balance is worth clearing before launching anything. The wallet is a company-level balance and is separate from your subscription.
What you see on this screen
Four cards: Current Balance (flagged when low), This Month Spent, This Month Recharged and Total Credits Used.
Auto-Recharge sits underneath, described as automatically recharging when the balance drops below ten per cent of the last recharge amount. You choose the Recharge Amount, and the panel then states in words what will happen and at what threshold.
Four tabs follow. Monthly Usage breaks this month down by service, showing units used and what was charged, with the free tier allowance and how much of it remains where one applies. Transactions is the ledger, with columns for Date, Description, Service, Spent by, Units, Amount and Balance - the Spent by column names the person, the integration, an automated process or Laabam support, so an unexpected charge can be traced. Recharge History lists top-up attempts with Date, Gateway, Amount, Status and Payment ID. Pricing lists what each service costs per unit and how much of it your plan includes free each month.
Filters and actions
There are no filters. Recharge Wallet opens a panel where you pick a preset amount or enter your own, choose a payment method, and pay; where the payment currency differs from the wallet currency the panel says so and names both figures. The auto-recharge switch and amount save on their own.
Status values
A recharge attempt reads success, failed or cancelled. A pending auto-recharge appears as a banner at the top of the page with a Pay Now button, and the balance does not rise until that payment completes.
