My Deals

Deals created by you or assigned to you, listed newest first with the contact, the pipeline stage, the amount and the date raised.

What this screen is for

This is the deal list narrowed to you: deals you created and deals assigned to you. Each row shows the deal title, the contact it is against, the stage it currently sits in, the amount, and when it was created. A search box finds a deal by title.

It carries no board and no pipeline totals — for those, use the full Deals screen, which covers the whole team.

When to use it

Use it to review your own pipeline before a forecast or a one-to-one, and to find the deal you need to update without scrolling past everybody else's.

What you see on this screen

  • Title — the deal.
  • Contact — the person it is with.
  • Stage — where it sits in your pipeline, shown under whatever your company calls that stage.
  • Amount — the deal's value.
  • Created — when it was raised.

Filters and actions

The page lists your deals newest first and nothing more: there is no board, no pipeline total and no bulk action. The full Deals screen carries all of those, plus the drag-and-drop board, and covers the whole team.

Status values

Stages are defined by your company rather than fixed, so the words in the Stage column are your own. What matters underneath is that each stage is marked as won, lost, or neither: won stages count towards value won, lost ones drop out of the pipeline, and everything else is open pipeline. Moving a deal into a won or lost stage records the closing date for you.
