What this screen is for
CRM tasks are the follow-up actions attached to leads, contacts and deals. You can read them as a board or as a list. Filters cover a keyword search, the priority (high, medium or low), the status (to do, in progress or completed), who the task is assigned to and who created it.
A second row of due-date controls offers quick presets and a custom date range, which is how you isolate what is late or what falls this week.
When to use it
Use it when managing the team's follow-ups as a whole — checking nothing has been dropped, and re-assigning where someone is overloaded. For your own list, My Follow-ups groups the same tasks by how overdue they are.
What you see on this screen
On the Board, four tiles head the page — Total Tasks, To Do, Completed and High Priority — above three columns: To Do, In Progress and Completed, each with a count and a plus that creates a task straight into it. A card shows the priority, a tick to complete the task, the title with any attachment count, the description, the due date with Overdue marked and how far off it is in plain words, the assignee and who created it, and the record the task belongs to with its phone number.
The List has six columns: Task, Due Date, Priority, Status, Assigned To and Actions.
Filters and actions
The filter row holds a search, Priority (All Priorities, High, Medium, Low), Status (All Status, To Do, In Progress, Completed), Assigned To and Created By. A second row handles dates: the chips Today, Overdue, This Week and No Date, a custom due range, and Reset.
Where a board holds more tasks than it can show, a line above it says how many are displayed and suggests filtering.
Status values
- To Do — raised, not started.
- In Progress — being worked on.
