What this screen is for
This is the learner's side of the training system. At the top is whatever you last had open, so you can carry on where you stopped. Below that are the courses and materials assigned to you with their progress, the quizzes waiting to be taken, your recent quiz results with passes marked, the certificates you hold, and totals for time learned and quizzes passed. A search box lets you look through the whole training library rather than only what is assigned.
When to use it
Open it when you have training to complete, when you want to check what is outstanding, or to find a certificate you have earned.
What you see on this screen
A banner headed Continue where you left off opens whatever you last had in progress, with how long you have spent on it. It only appears where something is unfinished.
Assigned to you lists the courses set for you, each showing its title, either a Complete badge or the date it is due, its description, a progress bar, and how many lessons you have finished out of the total.
Your certificates shows what you have earned.
Four tiles: Completed, In progress, Time learned and Quizzes passed.
Three panels follow. Quizzes to take lists each quiz with its number of questions, its pass mark, and which material it comes from, with a Take button. Materials lists what you have started, with how long you have studied each and a Completed or In progress badge. Recent quiz results lists your attempts with the date, the score as a percentage, and Passed or Failed.
Training library sits at the foot, as tiles showing each item's title, description, category, length and whether you have completed or started it.
Filters and actions
The library section has a search box, a toggle limiting it to videos with a count, and category chips, each with the number of items in it. Clear filters resets them. Where the library is long, only the first items are shown, with a link to browse the full library.
Status values
A course you are enrolled on moves through assigned, in_progress, awaiting_approval, then approved and issued once a certificate is granted, or rejected where it was sent back. Individual materials are simply in progress or completed.
