What this screen is for
This is the same work-items grid as the full Work Items list, opened with the "mine" scope applied so it shows only the items held by you. Each row carries the reference and title, the project it belongs to, who it is assigned to, its state and how long it has sat there, its area and iteration, the due date and the hours logged against it. Assignment is keyed to your employee record, so if your login is not linked to one the page says so rather than showing an empty list.
When to use it
Use it at the start of the day to see your own queue without filtering the company-wide list, and to log hours against an item from the clock in its row.
What you see on this screen
- ID — the item's reference, opening it in a new tab, with the project beneath.
- Title — the type icon and the title, any comment count, and beneath it who raised the item and how long ago.
- Assigned — the holder, which on this list is you.
- State — a coloured pill, with how long ago the item last moved beneath it.
- Area and Iteration — where the item is filed, or a dash.
- Due — the due date, red once overdue, amber when it falls today.
- Timeline — a clock; hovering shows when the item was created, started and finished, the hours logged and its status, and clicking it logs hours.
Filters and actions
Every control from the full grid is here: project, type, state, assignee, who raised it and a search over title or reference, with area, iteration, sprint, created date and a logged-time range behind More filters. The view switcher moves to the Board, Backlog or Calendar, and New Work Item offers all seven types — Epic, Feature, User Story, Task, Bug, Issue and Test Case.
Assignment is held against your employee record. Where your login is not linked to one, a banner says so and the list falls back to the work you raised, which is why a new starter can see items here that are not assigned to them.
Status values
States are set by your company, and each sits in one of five stages: proposed (raised, not started), in progress, resolved (done but not yet verified), completed and removed. Anything completed or removed is out of your open queue.
