What this screen is for
This menu entry opens the SignFlow documents list already filtered to completed documents. It is the same screen as All Documents, with the same columns — title, type, status, recipients and creation date — and the same search and filters, which can be changed once you are there.
When to use it
When you need a finished agreement rather than an outstanding one: retrieving a signed contract, confirming that a particular document was concluded, or reviewing what was completed over a period. For anything still awaiting signature, use Pending Signatures instead.
What you see on this screen
The same page as All Documents: four cards — Total, Drafts, Pending and Completed — a row of folder chips, and the documents table:
- Title — the document name, a link to it.
- Type — the document type.
- Status — where it has reached. On this view every row reads Completed until you change the filter.
- Recipients — how many people signed it.
- Created — when it was made.
- Actions — a folder selector and view. Edit and delete are not offered, because they appear only on drafts.
Filters and actions
- Show Filters — opens the filter row so you can change or clear the applied status.
- Search — by title or recipient.
- Status and Document Type — narrow further.
- Reset — clears everything, including the filter this menu entry applied.
- Folder chips narrow to one folder, which is usually the quickest way to find a signed document belonging to one client or matter.
Status values
- Completed — fully signed. This is what the view arrives filtered to.
- The other values a document can hold are Draft, Sent, In Progress, Declined and Expired.
