My Calls

The calls logged by you or assigned to you, newest first, showing the title, the call type, the time and the outcome.

What this screen is for

This lists the calls that are yours — those you logged and those assigned to you — with the most recent at the top. Each row shows the call title, its type, the time it started and the outcome recorded against it.

It is the personal counterpart to the company-wide Call Log: the same records, narrowed to you, without stats or the full filter set.

When to use it

Use it to review your own calling day, to check which calls still have no outcome recorded, and to find a conversation you had without searching everybody else's.

What you see on this screen

  • Title — what the call was about.
  • Type — incoming, outgoing or missed.
  • Time — when the call started; the list is ordered newest first.
  • Outcome — what came of it, or a dash where nothing was recorded.

Filters and actions

There is nothing to filter, search or sort on this page: it is your own calls, most recent first. For stats, filtering by type and the rest of the team's activity, use the full Call Log.

Status values

Type is one of incoming (they rang you), outgoing (you rang them) or missed (nobody picked up).

Outcome is one of answered, voicemail, no-answer, busy, callback-requested, interested or not-interested. A dash means the call was logged without one, which is worth going back and filling in — the outcome is what makes the log worth reading later.
