My Meetings

Meetings you organised, created or are an attendee of, listed with the date and time, the location and the status.

What this screen is for

This lists the meetings you are part of — those you organised, those you created, and those you were added to as an attendee — with the most recent first. Each row shows the title, the date and time it starts, the location and the status.

It is the personal view of the CRM meeting log; the full Meetings screen covers everybody and adds scheduling, filters and totals.

When to use it

Use it to check what you are committed to, and afterwards to confirm that meetings you attended have been marked as completed.

What you see on this screen

  • Title — what the meeting is about.
  • Date & Time — when it starts; the list runs from the most recent.
  • Location — where it is, or a dash for an online or unspecified meeting.
  • Status — whether it is still ahead of you, has happened, or was called off.

Filters and actions

There is nothing to filter, search or sort here. The full Meetings screen is where you book one, filter by meeting type and see the whole team's diary.

Status values

  • scheduled — booked and not yet held. A new meeting starts here.
  • completed — it took place.
  • cancelled — called off.

Nothing moves a meeting to completed on its own, so a diary full of past meetings still reading scheduled simply means nobody has marked them. Doing so is what keeps the record worth trusting.
