What this screen is for
This is your own feedback. It shows your average rating, how many reviews are rated three stars or below and so flagged as needing attention, and how many are still waiting on a reply from you. Each review shows whether it is published, hidden or awaiting the office, and gives you a box to write a reply.
When to use it
Come here when a review arrives and when you have time to answer the ones that are waiting. A low rating is worth reading rather than only counting. Whether your reply appears publicly the moment you save it or is checked by the office first is stated on the page itself, so check before you assume one or the other.
What you see on this screen
Four tiles: Average, with the number of reviews behind it and, under five reviews, a warning that the figure means little yet; Total; Shown publicly; and Needing attention.
Each review below shows the star rating and its number, or "No rating given" where none was left, a publication badge, the date, and the customer's answers to the questions they were asked. A review the office is looking into carries an amber note saying so, and telling you not to contact the customer yourself.
Under each is a Your reply block. Its badge reads Published, Waiting for the office or Not replied to yet, and a footnote states plainly whether the office checks replies before they appear or your reply goes public as soon as you save it. Save reply stores it.
Filters and actions
Four tabs, each with its own count: All, Needs a reply, 3 stars and below and Shown publicly. A line above the list confirms how many reviews the current view holds. Where a tab is empty, a link offers to show all of them instead.
Status values
A review's publication state is one of:
- published, shown as Public — visible to customers
- hidden, shown as Not shown — deliberately kept back
- pending, shown as Awaiting office — nobody has decided yet, so it is not public
