My Schedule

Your upcoming and recent bookings, as a list or a calendar, with each booking's status, progress through its package, what is still to collect, and blocked time you have set aside.

What this screen is for

This is your own booking diary. Switch between a list and a calendar view to see what is coming up and what has recently happened. Each entry shows the time, where it is, its status (confirmed, in progress, and so on), progress against the package it belongs to and how many hours are left, and the amount still to collect. You can record a payment against a booking or open its full details. Blocked time you have set shows here too, with its reason.

When to use it

Check it before each working day, and whenever a customer asks what is booked. To change when you are available rather than what is booked, use My Availability.

What you see on this screen

Two tabs: Calendar and List.

The Calendar opens on the month and can be switched to a week or a day, over a working window from early morning to late evening. Its legend names the colours: Confirmed, Pending, In progress, Completed, Cancelled and Blocked.

The List tab holds three tables. Upcoming Bookings has Date, Time, Customer, Product, Where and Status. Recent Bookings has Date, Time, Customer, Product and Status. Between them, where your customers hold prepaid hours, My Customers' package hours shows Customer, Package, Hours left and Expires, with "No expiry" where a package does not lapse.

Clicking a booking opens a panel headed Booking details: an amber Still to collect block with a Record payment button where money is outstanding; a Progress row of stage pills with an Advance to button for the next stage, or a note that the final stage has been reached; and a Timeline of what has happened so far. Clicking a blocked entry opens Blocked time instead, with its date, from and to times and reason, and buttons to edit or remove it.

Filters and actions

Availability & blocked dates jumps to My Availability, and New booking creates one. The calendar's own controls step between periods and switch the view. There are no filters beyond that: the screen is always scoped to you.

Status values

Bookings are stored as pending, confirmed, in_progress, completed, cancelled, no_show or rescheduled, and shown with the underscore replaced by a space. Upcoming covers pending, confirmed and in-progress bookings dated today or later; recent covers past dates and anything completed, cancelled or marked no-show. The stage names in the Progress row are set by your company and differ between trades.
