My Availability

Sets the hours you are normally available each week and the individual dates you are blocked or specially open, so bookings are only offered when you can actually take them.

What this screen is for

Two things live here. Weekly Hours is your standing pattern: a row per day with a start and end time, and optionally a location, added or removed as your week changes. Blocked and Open Dates handles exceptions: block a single day or a range with a reason, leave both times empty to block the whole day, or mark a date open that would not normally be. Existing entries are listed with their type and reason so you can remove one when plans change.

When to use it

Set the weekly hours once and adjust when your regular pattern changes. Add a blocked date as soon as you know about a holiday or commitment, so nothing is booked into it.

What you see on this screen

Two cards, with a Back to My Schedule link in the header.

Weekly hours — described as the hours you are normally available each week, within which customers can be booked. Each row holds a day of the week, a start time, an end time, an optional location whose first choice is Any location, and a Remove link. The times step by the calendar interval your company has set. Add hours appends a row and Save weekly hours stores the lot. Where nothing is set, it reads "No weekly hours set. Add a row to get started."

Blocked & open dates — described as blocking a day or a range off, or opening extra hours on a date. Each existing entry shows a Blocked or Open pill, the date, then either the from and to times or All day, the reason in quotation marks, and a Remove link.

The add form beneath takes, in order: From date, To date (optional, for a range), Type, From time (optional), To time (optional) and Reason (optional). A note reminds you that leaving both times empty blocks the whole day.

Filters and actions

Type chooses between Block and Open for the entry you are adding. Add creates it. Remove on an entry asks you to confirm before deleting it. Save weekly hours is separate from the dates card, so remember to press it after changing your pattern.

Status values

Each dated entry is one of two types: block, meaning you cannot be booked then, or open, meaning you can be booked at a time your weekly hours would not normally allow.
