What this screen is for
This is where you keep your own details up to date. One part is what customers see when they choose an instructor: photo, a short bio, languages spoken, nationality. Another covers getting paid and invoicing, which only the office sees: legal and trading name, business address, tax registration numbers, GST registration dates and bank details. Some fields are managed by the office and are shown read-only, with a note to ask them to change those.
When to use it
Update it whenever your contact details, bank details or the description customers read change. Depending on your company's settings, changes may be sent for approval rather than applied immediately: the page shows what you submitted, whether it is still waiting, and lets you withdraw it. Your existing profile stays live until the office approves.
What you see on this screen
Where a submission is outstanding, a banner reads Waiting for the office to approve, lists each field you changed with the old value struck through and the new one beside it, and offers Withdraw. After a decision, a banner reports whether your last changes were approved or not, with the date and any note.
A photo card comes first, with Upload photo or Change photo and Remove, and a note of the formats and size limit accepted.
The personal fields are Name, Phone, Personal email, Gender, Nationality, Bio and Languages spoken, the last taking as many languages as you need as chips.
Getting paid & invoicing is marked as seen only by the office. It holds Bank name, Account number, the bank code field appropriate to your country, Branch, and then Legal name (the name your invoices are issued in, where it differs), Business name, Business address, City, State, Postcode and Country. Tax registration numbers appear where your country uses them. Registered for GST offers Not stated, Yes and No; choosing Yes reveals Registered from and Registered until, and a note explains that a registered instructor's fee is treated as including GST.
Shown on your public profile holds the extra fields your company has defined. Those the office controls sit under a heading saying so and cannot be edited here; they read "Not set" while blank.
Filters and actions
The single action is the save button at the foot. It reads Save profile normally, or Send for approval where your company checks changes first.
