What this screen is for
Sales performance split by branch or warehouse: the number of invoices raised at each location, what they totalled, how much has been collected and how much remains outstanding. A salesperson filter narrows it further.
When to use it
Use it where you trade from more than one place and need to compare them — a branch review, a target check, or to settle whether a location that appears to be doing well is in fact billing strongly and collecting badly. Those are different problems with different remedies, and only the collected and outstanding columns side by side will tell you which you have.
What you see on this screen
Four cards open the report: Total Sales, Collected, Outstanding and Branches, the last being how many locations the figures are split across.
The table has one row per location:
- Branch — the branch or warehouse the invoices were raised at.
- Invoices — how many were raised there in the period.
- Sales — what they came to.
- Collected — how much of it has been received, in green.
- Outstanding — how much is still owed, in red while anything remains and grey once it is clear.
If your company has no branches set up, the table says so plainly instead of showing a single Unassigned row, and points you at Settings, Service Locations to create them. A lone Unassigned row is not a fault in the report; it means no document could have carried a branch.
Filters and actions
A date range picker sits in the header, and Filters offers a Salesperson control with a Reset. Print produces the standard report document, and Export gives Excel, CSV or PDF.
