The learner view of the Academy: what you last had open, courses and materials assigned to you, quizzes still to take, recent quiz results, your certificates and a search across the whole library.

Every learning resource the company has published, searchable and filtered by category and file type: PDFs, documents, videos, images and links to external resources.

Adds a new item to the materials library: a title, description, category and tags, a visibility setting, and either a file you upload or a link to an external resource.

The list of courses: structured learning built from library materials that ends in a certificate. Shows lessons, audience, enrolled learners, certificate validity and whether each is published or a draft.

Builds a course from your materials library: details and audience, an ordered set of lessons each pointing at one document or video, and the exam and certificate rules that decide how it is completed.

Completed courses waiting on your decision. Approve a completion so the certificate is issued, or send it back with a note explaining what the learner needs to do differently.

Every certificate the company has issued, with its holder, course, number and validity. From here you can download the PDF, email it again, re-render it, renew, or withdraw one with a reason.

Every skill assessment recorded, with the student, instructor, template used, date and whether the student was marked test-ready. Filter by student, instructor or template, or search.

Scores a student against an assessment template for a booking: each skill rated with an optional comment, instructor notes, the student's own feedback and a test-ready flag.

Tracks one student's improvement over time: total assessments, latest rating, whether they are test-ready, a rating-over-time chart and a breakdown by skill category.

Creates and manages learning quizzes. Generate questions from a library material with AI or write them yourself, review and edit the draft, set the pass mark and audience, then publish.

Builds the post-service surveys customers fill in. Each form has its questions, a trigger (sent after a completed booking, or issued manually), a response count and a results view.

Every customer review in one list, with filters by rating, visibility and case state. Nothing is shown publicly until someone here publishes it, and poor reviews can be opened as cases and resolved.

An internal view of where your review average comes from: rating over time, the spread of ratings, the volume behind each period, and per-subject rankings. Nothing on it is shown to customers.

Manages the categories that organise the materials library. Each category has a name, a slug, an optional icon and a count of the materials filed under it.

Manages the skill checklists that assessments are scored against. Each template has a name, a category, a set of items and a status, and is chosen when an assessment is recorded.
