These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LaabamOne ERP platform provided by LaabamOne Business Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using LaabamOne, you confirm that:
To use LaabamOne, you must create an account by providing accurate information including your name, email address, phone number, and company details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

As the account owner, you are responsible for all activities conducted by users you invite to your company account. You must ensure they comply with these Terms.

Base Subscription: ₹500 per user per month
Additional pay-per-use charges:
Pay-per-use services require prepaid wallet credits. Wallet funds are non-refundable but can be used for any billable service. Unused credits remain valid for 12 months.
Refund Conditions
We may modify pricing with 30 days advance notice via email. Existing subscribers maintain current pricing until next renewal cycle. Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use LaabamOne for your internal business operations during the subscription period.
You may NOT:
You retain all rights to your business data. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us permission to store, process, and backup your data to provide the service.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
Email and phone support available during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM IST, Monday-Saturday). Critical issues addressed 24/7.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of current billing period. No partial refunds for early cancellation.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we may permanently delete your account and all associated data.
All intellectual property rights in LaabamOne, including software, design, trademarks, and content, belong to LaabamOne Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. You may not use our branding without written permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaabamOne, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage resolving disputes through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
