One search box for the front desk: type a registration, a customer name or a mobile number and it searches vehicles and customers at once, showing history, spend, amounts due and open warranty claims.

The register of every customer vehicle, searchable by registration, make, model or owner, showing the vehicle, its owner, tyre size and last odometer reading, with off-road vehicles marked.

Tracks tyres returned under warranty and where each one has got to. Unresolved claims sort above settled ones, and claims sitting with the manufacturer show how long they have been there.

The warranty claims list filtered to claims already sent to the manufacturer and awaiting a decision, ordered so the longest-waiting appear first and showing how many days each has been out.
