My Timesheets

Your own time entries across every project, filtered by project and date range, with totals for the number of entries, hours logged and billable hours.

What this screen is for

This is everything you have logged, in one place. Filter by project or leave it on all projects, and set a from and to date. Totals show the number of entries, total hours and billable hours for whatever you have filtered to, and the list below shows each entry with its project, hours, status and whether it is billable.

When to use it

Use it at the end of a week or month to check your own time is complete and correctly marked billable before it is approved or invoiced, and whenever you need to answer where your hours went.

What you see on this screen

Three tiles, all reflecting whatever you have filtered to: Total Hours, Billable Hours and Entries.

The table has these columns:

  • Date — the day the time was worked
  • Project — which project it was logged against
  • Description — what you wrote when logging it
  • Hours
  • Billable — a tick where the entry is billable, a dash where it is not
  • Status — where the entry has reached in approval

Where nothing matches, the table reads "No time entries found."

Filters and actions

Show Filters reveals the filter row: Project, defaulting to All Projects; From Date; and To Date. Reset clears all three. There is nothing to edit here: entries are created against a work item or project, and this screen reports them.

Status values

The Status column shows the entry's stored value, one of:

  • draft — logged but not yet submitted
  • submitted — sent for approval
  • approved — accepted
  • rejected — sent back
  • invoiced — billed to a customer
