What this screen is for
Where your field reps are at this moment and what they have covered so far today. Alongside the map, a table gives each rep's phone status, when they were last seen, how many visits they have made and completed, and the times of their first and last activity.
When to use it
Use it during the working day — to route an urgent call to whoever is nearest, to check a beat is being worked, or to see why a rep has gone quiet. It depends entirely on reps' phones reporting in, and when there is nothing to plot the screen says why rather than showing an empty map that could be read as an empty day.
What you see on this screen
Four cards open it: Reps out today, Phones reporting, Visits today and Away from the shop, the last turning red while any check-in was recorded outside the allowed radius.
The map plots the last known position of each rep, noting that a phone reports roughly every four minutes. If location sharing is switched off for your company, an amber notice says so — the map would otherwise look like an idle team.
The table, busiest rep first:
- Salesperson — the rep, with their employee code.
- Phone status — online, idle or offline, with a coloured dot. A rep with no app login reads No app login instead, because they can never report and calling that offline would blame the wrong thing.
- Last seen at — the customer they most recently checked in at.
- Visits and Completed — how many calls made, and how many closed.
- First / last — the first check-in and the last activity of the day, with a red badge counting any check-ins away from the shop.
- Location — how long ago the position was reported, amber when it has gone stale, plus a Path button that draws that rep's trail on the map.
Filters and actions
The header says when the page was last updated and offers Refresh. Path and Show everyone switch the map between one rep's trail and the whole team. There are no date filters: this screen is about today.
