What this screen is for
This is what a learner sees. The first panel is whatever you last had open, so a half-watched video or part-read document is one click away. Below it are the courses and materials assigned to you with their progress, the quizzes waiting to be taken, your recent quiz results with passes marked, and the certificates you have earned. Totals cover time learned and quizzes passed, and a search box reaches across the whole training library, not just your assignments.
When to use it
Open it to work through training that has been set for you, to see what is still outstanding, or to retrieve a certificate.
What you see on this screen
Continue where you left off heads the page when something is unfinished, naming the material and how long you have spent on it.
Assigned to you lists your courses, each with its title, either a Complete badge or the date it is due, a description, a progress bar and the number of lessons finished out of the total.
Your certificates shows what you have earned and can open.
Four tiles: Completed, In progress, Time learned and Quizzes passed.
Three panels then sit together:
- Quizzes to take — each quiz with its number of questions, its pass mark and the material it comes from, with a Take button
- Materials — what you have started, with the time studied and a Completed or In progress badge
- Recent quiz results — each attempt with its date, score as a percentage and Passed or Failed
Training library closes the page as a tile grid, each tile showing an icon for its kind, the title, description, category, length and your progress on it.
Filters and actions
The library section carries a search box, a toggle limiting it to videos with the count alongside, and a row of category chips each showing how many items it holds; All and Clear filters reset them. Uncategorised material is grouped under Uncategorised. Only the first items are listed, with a link to browse the full library.
Status values
A course enrolment moves through assigned, in_progress and awaiting_approval, ending at approved and then issued where a certificate is granted, or rejected where the completion was sent back for more work. A material on its own is simply in progress or completed.
