What this screen is for
This narrows the lead book to you, and it makes the scope explicit rather than assuming it. Three tabs — all, assigned to me, created by me — each show their own count, because a lead you raised may well be assigned to somebody else. An Assigned To column on every row makes that visible at the row level too.
The table shows the lead title, the contact and their phone number as a dialable link, the status in its own colour, who holds it, when it was last touched, the expected value and the creation date. You can search, filter by status, and sort by title, last activity, value or date.
When to use it
Use it to work your own pipeline. Where the assigned-to-me count is much smaller than the total, the difference is leads you raised that somebody else now owns.
What you see on this screen
Three tabs choose the scope, each showing its own count: Mine, Assigned to me and Created by me. The line under the title changes with the tab, so what you are looking at is always stated.
- Title — the lead, which opens it where your permissions allow.
- Contact — the person behind the lead.
- Phone — their number, ready to dial.
- Status — the lead's stage, in its own colour; a lead saved without one reads New.
- Assigned To — who holds it, or Unassigned in amber.
- Last Activity — Today, Yesterday, a count of days, or Never. It turns amber after a week and red after a fortnight.
- Value — the expected value, or a dash.
- Created — the day it arrived.
Filters and actions
Search runs over the lead's title, company, name, phone and email and the linked contact's details too, so searching for a person finds their lead. A status list narrows it further, and Clear resets everything including the tab.
Title, Last Activity, Value and Created are sortable: the first click sorts downwards, a second reverses it, and leads with nothing recorded always sort last. The default is newest first.
Last Activity is worked out from what has actually been logged against the lead, so Never means nobody has touched it since it arrived.
