Provider Config

The delivery providers your campaigns send through, grouped by channel, with their rate and daily limits, which is the default, and a connection test.

What this screen is for

Each configured provider appears as a card under its channel, showing the provider name, whether it is active, which one is starred as the default, and its rate limit per minute and daily limit. A connection test reports back in place, with the reason and the failing step when it does not succeed; the result stays on screen until you dismiss it, because a failure can carry detail you need to act on.

Why it matters

The default provider is the one campaigns will use, and a provider that is configured but failing its connection test is the usual explanation for a batch of sends failing with the same message. Limits here throttle how quickly a campaign can go out.

What you see on this screen

The page is organised by channel, and the address you arrive at decides which one you land on. Email Providers manages your email delivery providers, SMS Providers your SMS gateway providers, and WhatsApp Providers your WhatsApp Business API providers.

Each configured provider is a card carrying its display name, an Active or Inactive marker, and a star on whichever is the default for that channel. Its rate limit per minute and daily limit are shown alongside, and the date it was last used, or Never.

A channel with nothing configured says so and offers to add a provider for it.

Running a connection test reports Connection Successful or Connection Failed in place, with each individual check listed so you can see which step failed rather than only that something did. For email, a domain authentication panel shows whether the sending domain is set up correctly.

Filters and actions

There is no search or filter. Add Provider configures a new one for the channel you are on. Each card can be edited, tested, starred as the default, or deleted. Deleting shows the provider, channel and type before you confirm and notes that it cannot be undone.

Status values

Active - available for campaigns on that channel. Inactive - configured but not in use. The star marks the default, which is the provider campaigns on that channel will actually go through.
