What this screen is for
Each header is listed with its value, its DLT identifier, its communication type of transactional, promotional, service or other, the registration it belongs to, and its status. A separate column reports the operator view of the header, with a note and code when it has been suspended. Validity and expiry are shown alongside. A header is at most six characters and its status is managed by the administrator rather than set here.
Why it matters
A header and a template are a matched pair. Pairing a template with a header the operator has not approved for it is the classic silent failure: the message is accepted and then quietly discarded, so nothing on the campaign screen looks wrong.
What you see on this screen
Nine columns. Header Value is the six-character sender your messages go out under. Header DLT Id is the numeric identifier the operator portal assigned it. Comm. Type is what the header may carry. Registration is the entity it belongs to. Status is the state recorded here. At the operator is separate and reports what the network currently thinks, with a note and code where it has been suspended. Validity is permanent or temporary, and Valid Till gives the expiry date or No Expiry. Actions holds edit and delete.
Adding or editing a header asks for Sender ID (Header) (required, six characters, uppercase), Type of Communication (required), the DLT Registration it belongs to, Header DLT Id (the numeric identifier from the operator portal), Validity, Approved Date, an expiry date or a No Expiry tick box, and optional Notes. The Status field is shown but marked as managed by the administrator, so you cannot approve your own header.
Filters and actions
There is no search or filter. Add Sender ID records one; each row can be edited or deleted. Deleting shows the header, its DLT identifier and its type before you confirm.
Status values
The communication types are Transactional, Promotional, Service and Others. Separately, the operator column reads Delivering where messages are going through, Suspended where the network has stopped it, or Not used yet where nothing has been sent under it.
