What this screen is for
Four cards give the headline position: total opt-ins, total opt-outs, the net active figure and how many contacts are suppressed. A table breaks opt-ins, opt-outs and the net down by channel, and a panel alongside shows why contacts were suppressed, proportionally. Links lead to the full consent log and to the suppression list.
Why it matters
Marketing by email, SMS and WhatsApp is regulated, and consent is the part you have to be able to evidence afterwards. This page is the summary; the consent log is the record. A falling net active figure is a signal about your content as much as about your lists.
What you see on this screen
Four counters: Total Opt-ins, Total Opt-outs, Net Active and Suppressed.
Channel Breakdown is a table with four columns - Channel, Opt-ins, Opt-outs and Net - so you can see whether a problem is confined to one channel or spread across all of them.
Suppression Reasons sits beside it, showing proportionally why contacts are on the suppression list, with a link through to that list.
Recent Consent Activity is the evidence trail, with six columns: Identifier, Channel, Action, Source, IP Address and Date. The IP address and source are what make an entry defensible after the fact, which is why they are recorded rather than just the outcome.
Filters and actions
There are no filters on this page - it is a summary. View Full Consent Log opens the complete record, View All opens the same from the recent activity panel, and View Suppression List opens the suppression screen.
Status values
A consent entry records one of two actions: Opt-in, where the contact agreed to be contacted on that channel, and Opt-out, where they withdrew it. The Net figure is opt-ins less opt-outs, so it is the audience you may actually contact rather than everyone you hold.
