What's the difference between the three plans?

Standard (RM99/month) covers 1 company with 1 owner, 1 user, 1 auditor and 10 GB storage. Professional (RM299/month) covers 3 companies with 1 owner, 5 users, 3 auditors and 50 GB storage, and adds multi-location support, API access and custom branding. Enterprise is custom-priced for unlimited companies and users, 200 GB storage, white-label options and a dedicated account manager.

Can I add more users to my plan?

Yes! Standard Plan users can add extra users at RM8.50/user/month. Professional Plan users can add at RM6.40/user/month. Enterprise Plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost. You can add or remove users anytime.

Is the 21-day free trial available for all plans?

Yes! You can start a 21-day free trial with any plan. No credit card required. You get full access to all features of your chosen plan. You can switch plans or cancel anytime during the trial period.

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the difference prorated for the remaining period. If you downgrade, the credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. International cards are also accepted. All payments are processed securely through RazorPay with bank-grade encryption.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Pay for six months up front and save 10%, or pay annually and save 20%. Annually that is RM950 for Standard (RM238 saved) and RM2,870 for Professional (RM718 saved). Six months costs RM535 for Standard and RM1,615 for Professional. Enterprise is quoted separately.

What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

For Standard (10 GB) and Professional (50 GB) plans, you will receive notifications at 80% and 90% usage. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional storage at RM5 per GB per month. Enterprise includes 200 GB.

Is SST Filing included in all plans?

Basic SST-compliant invoicing is included in all plans. Professional and Enterprise plans include advanced SST + Tax Filing features. Pay-per-use SST filing service (RM22/filing) is available as an add-on for Standard Plan users.

Can I invite external auditors or accountants?

Yes! All plans support auditor access with view-only permissions. Standard: 1 auditor, Professional: 3 auditors, Enterprise: unlimited auditors. Auditors can view financial records, generate reports, and export data.

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. You'll have access until the end of your billing period. You can export all your data before canceling. We also offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied.

No hidden charges for software features. However, pay-per-use services like SST filing (RM22/filing), SMS (RM0.01/SMS), WhatsApp (RM0.01/message), and Email marketing (RM0.00/email) are charged separately from your wallet balance.
