What this screen is for
This is the opening view of recruitment. Four cards give the shape of the pipeline: open jobs with the number of vacancies behind them, active applications with how many arrived this month, hires this year with a hire rate, and upcoming interviews with how many are today. Below them, a pipeline distribution shows how many candidates are sitting at each stage, drawn as a bar per stage in the stage's own colour.
Shortcuts lead to the kanban board and to posting a new job.
When to use it
At the start of a hiring review, to see where candidates are accumulating and which jobs are still unfilled, before opening any individual job or application.
What you see on this screen
Four cards head the page:
- Open Jobs — with the number of vacancies behind them.
- Active Applications — with how many arrived this month.
- Hired This Year — with the hire rate as a percentage.
- Upcoming Interviews — with how many are today.
Then two panels side by side: Pipeline Distribution, a bar per stage in the stage's own colour, and Application Trend (6 months), a bar per month with the number hired named underneath.
Four smaller figures follow: Total Applicants with the change against last month, Offers Sent with how many were accepted, Rejected this year, and Draft Jobs awaiting publish.
The lower panels are:
- Recent Applications — candidate name, their current stage as a coloured tag, the job or a general-application marker, the application number and when it arrived.
- Upcoming Interviews — candidate, interview type and job, the date and time, the duration, and a Join link where a meeting link exists.
- Top Jobs by Applications — a table of Job (title and job number), Vacancies, Applications and Hired.
- Application Sources — a bar per source, tracked from applications that arrive through the public API.
Filters and actions
The dashboard has no filters; every panel covers the whole company.
- Kanban Board — opens the pipeline as draggable columns.
- Post Job — creates a job opening.
- View all links on the two lower panels open the full Applications and Interviews lists.
