Activity Logs

Your recent login history: date and time, the company signed into, the device, the location, the IP address and whether the attempt succeeded.

What this screen is for

Every sign-in attempt on your account is listed with when it happened, which company it was for, the device and location it came from, the address it came from, and whether it succeeded or failed. Where your role allows it, the same view covers other users. The logs can be cleared.

When to use it

Check this if you suspect someone else has your credentials - a successful sign-in from a device or place you do not recognise is the clearest signal - and after any security scare. Failed attempts clustered together are worth noticing too. Clearing the logs removes that evidence, so read before you clear.

What you see on this screen

The page describes itself as your recent login history and account activity. The table has six columns, or seven where your role lets you see other people.

Date & Time is when the attempt was made. Username appears only for roles that may view all users, and names whose account it was. Company is the company being signed into, which matters because one login can reach several. Device is what the sign-in came from. Location is where it appeared to come from. IP Address is the network address. Status says whether it worked.

With nothing recorded yet, the page says your login history will appear here.

Filters and actions

There are no filters or search. The list is paged, showing which entries of the total you are looking at. Clear Logs deletes the history; the confirmation shows how many entries are about to go and states that it cannot be undone - which is the reason to read the list before using it.

Status values

Success - the sign-in worked. Failed - it did not. A single failure is usually a mistyped password; a run of them from an address you do not recognise is worth acting on, starting with a password change and two-factor authentication.
