What this screen is for
Notification types are grouped, and each has two switches. The bell switch is on unless you mute it, and controls the in-app and push alert. The email switch beside it is the opposite - off unless you opt in - and adds an email on top. A line under each type states plainly what the current setting means. Changes save the moment you flip a switch, with no separate save button, and a single action turns everything back on.
Why it matters
The page says so at the top and it is worth repeating: these apply to your login across every company you belong to, and to nobody else. Muting something here does not silence your team, and it does not stop the underlying event happening.
What you see on this screen
A banner states the scope: these settings are yours alone, they apply to your login across every company you belong to and to both the web bell and push notifications on your phone, and they do not change what your colleagues receive.
Below that, the notification types are grouped by subject. CRM covers new leads, leads and deals assigned to you, follow-up reminders, and meetings and calls assigned to you or rescheduled. Tasks covers tasks assigned to you, completed or updated. Bookings covers new bookings and bookings assigned to you. Sales covers new invoices, invoices paid or settled, and receipts. Purchases covers new bills. Payments covers payments recorded, new payments, payment reminders and due reminders. HR covers employee birthdays. Support covers chat messages. Records covers changes to records you watch, and price, credit limit, salary and bank changes. Academy covers courses assigned to you, completions waiting for your approval, and your certificates. Marketing covers templates waiting for your approval and your own templates approved or sent back. WhatsApp covers customer replies and unanswered replies. Laabam Connect covers orders and documents received, withdrawals, acceptances, declines and connection requests. System covers app updates.
Under each type a line states what the setting currently means - You will be notified, or Muted with no bell and no push - and adds also by email where that switch is on.
Filters and actions
There are no filters and no save button; each switch applies at once. Turn everything back on re-enables every notification you have muted, listing them first so you can see what is about to change.
