My Payslips

Your own salary slips, filtered by year, showing gross pay, deductions and any unpaid balance, with the earnings and deduction breakdown for each and a PDF to download.

What this screen is for

This is where your payslips live. Filter by year or view them all. Each payslip shows gross pay, total deductions and the balance still unpaid if there is one, and opens to show the salary earnings and deduction lines that make it up. Each can be downloaded as a PDF.

When to use it

Use it when checking what you were paid for a month, when you need a payslip for a bank or landlord, or when a figure does not match what you expected. If a payslip is missing for a period, payroll has not yet released it.

What you see on this screen

One row per payslip. Closed, a row shows the period it covers, the date it was paid on, the net pay, and a status badge.

Opening a row splits it into three columns:

  • Earnings — each salary component with its amount, totalled as Gross Pay
  • Deductions — each deduction with its amount, totalled as Total Deduction
  • Summary — Gross Pay, Total Deduction and then Net Pay

Where a period was only part paid, an amber Balance unpaid line appears in the summary. A Download PDF button appears where the payslip came from a recorded salary payment.

Where nothing matches, the page reads "No payslips found", naming the year where one is selected.

Filters and actions

A year dropdown in the header filters the list, with All Years as the default. There is nothing to edit: this screen reports what payroll has released, and a query about a figure goes to payroll rather than being corrected here.

Status values

The badge on a payslip reads one of:

  • Paid — the period has been paid in full
  • Partially Paid — part of it has been paid, and the unpaid balance is shown in the summary
  • Submitted — released to you but not yet recorded as paid
