What this screen is for
This is the work items grid opened with the assignee already set to you, resolved from the employee record linked to your login. Everything the full grid offers is still here: filters by type, state, area, iteration or sprint, assignee and date; sorting by status order or last updated; resizable columns; copying an item's reference; logging hours against an item; and selecting several rows to reassign or delete them at once.
When to use it
Use it as your own queue: what is assigned to you, what state each item is in, and what is due. If your login is not linked to an employee record the page explains the empty result rather than leaving you guessing. Clear the assignee filter to see everything.
What you see on this screen
The grid's columns, in order: a selection tick, a row number, ID, Title, Assigned, State, Area, Iteration, Due and Timeline. Hovering the Timeline cell shows when the item was created, started and finished, the hours logged against it, and its status.
Filters and actions
Filters opens the filter panel. The first row holds Project, Type, State (which takes several at once), Assigned To, Raised By and a Search box covering title and ID. More filters adds Area, Iteration, Sprint, Created and a Logged Time range switchable between minutes and hours. Reset clears everything, and the filters currently in force are listed above the table as chips.
The State column header carries a sort menu offering By status order or By last updated.
New Work Item creates one of the seven types. Selecting rows opens a bulk bar offering Set state, Set priority, Assign to, Set sprint and Delete, applied together. The row menu offers open in a new tab, edit, Log hours, Copy reference and delete. Logging hours asks for the date, the hours, what the time was for (fixing or development, testing or retest, raising or writing it up, review, or other), an optional description, and whether it is billable.
A view switcher moves between Board, Backlog, List and Calendar over the same items.
Status values
Item type is one of epic, feature, user_story, task, bug, issue or test_case, shown as Epic, Feature, User Story, Task, Bug, Issue and Test Case.
State is not a fixed list: your company defines its own, and the filter offers whatever is configured plus whatever is in use. The built-in set is new, active, in_review, resolved, done and removed. New states can be added from the State filter itself.
